Good Old Uncle Sam

Good Old Uncle Sam was carved from basswood and painted with acrylics. A wood burner was used to create detail on the box. He is about 7” tall including the box. Part of my own private collection.

Cool carving Bob ,I like uncle Sam as a subject. I misread you number at first thinking it was 7’ tall LOL

Nice carving, but that soapbox gives me mixed feelings, but since it is close to Thanksgiving, I will keep my

He looks adorable, great expression and pretty colors. Like the burnt accents, truly a keeper!
