Not projects that I made, but I spent a bunch of time refinishing some furniture for my newborn daughters room. Yes thats right I had a daughter. I never really talked about it much on here, so figured that nows a fine time to post a few photos. I’ve been so busy doing other projects (39 new kitchen cabinet doors and plenty of other general house projects) that I haven’t really had much post worthy in awhile so this will have to do until I can get my kitchen posted.

But thats Elsie Marigny “Emmie”. She was born Saturday October 26th, 2013 at 3:55 PM at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She was 6 lbs 8 oz at birth (now 7 lbs 8 oz) and she was 19” long. Both mother and baby have been doing great!

Ben man HUGE congratulations! It must be really exciting for you guys. Cherish her, she is beautiful. Great project. We are expecting in late April early May our first, and it’s twins! So I’m right in the boat with you

thanks everyone.

Kaleb congrats to you and yours. My advice is to take a moment now and figure out what your priorities are in terms of projects around the house and whatnot. After your babies are here all else pretty much goes out the window. I got up early this morning to replace a window sill before work and since the wife didn’t get much sleep last night, I’m currently on baby duty, ie watching TV on the couch with her rather than in the garage. C’est la vie.

Those look very nice. You did a great job on them. I’m glad that your wife and daughter are doing well.
