1/2” Cherry ply for the top and bottom, solid cherry around the edges. Some plywood blocks in the middle for spacers. This was a tough project, getting all the bevels nice, and even gluing up was a challenge. they came out pretty nice in the end. I forgot to take some pictures of the mounting method. I got the idea from someone on here, but I ripped a 2×4 in half, then drilled 7/8” holes in that, then glued 7/8” dowels in those holes. Then drilled holes in my spacer blocks. The 2×4 piece was mounted to my wall, and the shelves just slide over that. I lot of fussing around with that, but it worked OK.
