Hello! I’m new to the site, but have been working wood most of my life. I’ve settled into a niche and enjoy building Rustic Western Furniture part time, but I am working to make it my full time gig. I would love to trade ideas, hear opinions, and interact with other woodworkers like myself. I live in seclusion in Southwest WY (especially in the winter) & don’t get out much. So, say hey! Let me know I’m not really out here by myself.

Pictured is an entertainment cabinet I built late last year. Holds electronics & DVD’s. It’s made from mostly reclaimed woods. Pine, doug fir, and the legs are recycled mahogany T&G from the floor of an old train car.

Looks like a beautiful piece. My complaint is more pictures, and dimensions.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. I am in Western South Dakota. Maybe we can meet up sometime.

Very nice work. I love the rustic look when done so well. And Wyoming is probably my most favorite state.

It’s beautiful and well made. Has lots of rustic charm and great finish. It goes well with the floor as well. Great job!
