My daughter asked if I would make her a pen and pencil holder. She also wanted it to hold sticky notes. This is what I came up with.

The challenge with this project was the rabbet joinery. I used a combination of hand tools to create each of the rabbets.

I did not apply a finish of any kind. Didn’t see the need for it.

Nothing fancy but she likes it.
