Project Information

Hi Everyone, Here is a project finally after a long drought. I've been working on this one for a long time. No plans on this one…I designed it and built it off looking at another cheaper not so nice one with a different support system. Made of cherry and finished with hand applied poly. The inlay is holly from a tree I cut down in front of my old house. The legs are foldable so it can be stored out of the way easily. The top molding is removable so they can change the fabric under the plexiglass playing surface with what ever color or design they wish. I was very happy with the way it came out :>) It took me a long time to work out all the details and I was challenged to do many new skills like molding, inlay, etc. The cherry came out great with lots of movement all around the table and the grain colors are awesome. Another first on this one…my very first commission :>) Didn't charge much because it was for a firiend and it took so long to complete, but it definitely caught the attention of others who saw it ;>) Thanks for looking.
