”MAKE NOTES” Another MUSICAL NOTES PLAQUE by BazzA ::
I designed & made this music plaque for a session Guitarist in a recording studio to hang up mike & guitar cables , to keep them tidy between sessions.
The Treble clef + Double & semi quaver notes are made from American White Oak and the Stave is made from Mahogany (unknown supply) Plus a chrome peg plate shop bought designed to hang jewellery for hanging the guitar leads on,
Size :: 40 inch across X 12 inch High – Oak notes are 1 inch thick. Stave ends cut at 45 degrees to add a little artistic content. Everythink is pilot drilled from the back and screwed together with 1 inch wood screws plus a couple of Brass hanging brackets on the rear.
All the timber has been finnished with by a good soak in a vat of tung oil & lemmon oil and 3 coats of beeswax.
I have donated all the proceeds from this project to the Phillipines Typhoon Disaster fund Via PayPal.
Thank you for taking time to check out my projects :: Regards BazzA.

Bazz you are the best! This is SO MUCH BETTER than the painted version I was thinking about for another project! God bless you for your donations. Thank you for sharing.

I was just thinking about something like this for a fundraiser at local school for the band. Are the notes you used for any particular music piece?

Steve.

Hi Steve :: Question about the musical notes !
Customer just asked for a Treble clef 3 semi quavers & 2 double quavers layed out alternate.
I dont read music so no idea if it makes sence. Think its more likely to be symbolic. No doubt some music guru will come and correct me.
To me its Art and thats it >>> This is the second one I have done so check out my project from previous week.
If you require Musical note patterns go to GOOGLE-IMAGES and search “TREBLE CLEF” or MUSICAL NOTES or Quavers ect. Take your pick just right click on a images & copy & paste & save and maybe resize and print. Spray glue the pattern to timber and remove by brushing over the pattern with paint brush cleaner and peel the pattern off..
Best of luck and thank you for checking out my projects.
Regards Bazza.
