A simple but satisfying little job, involving my favourite dovetail joints, which I’ll get the hang of cutting one day.
This is for my physio, who helped my back recover after I’d been knocked off my bicycle.

hand cutting dovetails is tough… if I were a better man, I’d try it. but I’m not so I use jigs :-)
Nice work and execution, I hope they liked it and I hope you recovered yourself!

Simple box but looks really good and well made. Like the wood and the dovetails. Great job!

Clare, my physio, loved the piece, particularly the cherry trim. A little bit of success for the day that has made someone happy. Yay!
