My cutting board

This cutting board is a gift for a lady that I have never met but will on Monday. Some of the mugs from my previous post will be there as well.

The board is 18” x 13” and 1-1/2” thick. It’s made of Hard Maple, Bloodwood, Hickory, Black Walnut and Cherry.

PS – to gfadvm, it’s not for who you think, it’s for her mother.

I was hoping it was for me. Well done and a fine gift.

Nice job and from the dimensions, it could really take some serious use and keep on going!

Just hope she has a strong back if she will have to tote that beast. Beautiful board Monte…

Monte…that is a very nice cutting board but those woods will definitely make it heavy…putting wheels on it?

Good lookin board Monte! Good choice of woods too! It will be nice and sturdy and last forever. I love hickory and walnut together in a board, one of my favorite combinations. Well done!
