I just finished a trundle bed, so I understand that this is a big undertaking. Yours came out nice, and I like the color. My biggest challenge was finding 36” heavy duty slides for the trundle box.

The slides are better but I found out the casters(lowes) worked fine. I was concerned about sag in the center with a heavy weight sleeping and rolling around. I’am sure yours is sliding out much easier.
