Here are a pen and pencil that I made as a thank-you present for the supervisor of my graduate thesis. He is a historian who focuses on the history of learned magic and is currently collecting sources for an article about the use of witch-hazel in medieval spell books. So what better gift than a wand of his own made from hazel. Big thanks to LJ BigYin for cutting the hazel and shipping it from England to Saskatchewan at his own cost. In case anyone is interested the pencil is a Slim and the pen is a flat-top roller ball both from Lee Valley. Thanks for looking.

Great show of your creativity and workmanship! Those pens are turned very well. Simply amazing.
