I completed the last of the ornaments this morning and they were delivered this afternoon. Looking forward to seeing them on display. They will be sold at the gift shop during the Winter Walk of Lights. Picture 6 shows a very small sample of the show.

This was a fun project and it gave me a chance to learn a lot and experiment with many different things, including tools and finishing that I have not previously used. Each and every ornament is different and all made out of wood from the park where the light show is being held.

Thanks all for looking.

Great looking ornaments. You should join our ornament swap (if you’re not sick of making them, haha).

Real nice display of ornaments. The wood coming from the park could be a selling point. Nice job.

Thanks All.

Dave that is the hope. Each ornament comes with a card that tells about how the wood has come from trees at the park. I have been selling pens the same way there for almost 2 years now and they sell well.

Cute and pretty ornaments! Great designs and shape especially the snowmen. They should do well in the show. Great job!

Have your say...
