Very 1st Lathe work, turning, turning, turning

My 1st wood turning. Used a pine 2×4 for the stock. had to really think about how to do the Top first, then the bottom. Dutch oil finish.

Well done, I like the bowl and lid. That pine has some great grain.

Looks like you are on your way to many more successful turnings. Nice work!!!! Wood turning is my next adventure. As soon as I purchase a lathe.

Lovely bowl! Great shapes on the lid and bowl. Like the pretty grain patterns. Great job!
