You have done a remarkable job!
Reminds me of when we bought our first house some 40 years ago, we had furniture of similar style for quite some time, due to lack of money and our first child arriving, circumstances are different but the situation was similar.
Hope you have a good recovery and make some more exciting projects in the meantime.
