when I went home this summer It was planned around a memorial service for my late uncle, who was a woodworker. I inherited a shaper and other useful stuff and more to come. in my stuff was a ton of plans and a ton of wood, weekend woodworker, pop. woodworking mags and some books on woodworking. I built my son his first potty chair and my first real piece of furniture. here is a picture or 2 of it. it is made of pine because I can’t find decent wood around here other than Borg stuff and its too expensive to make mistakes

Jim,

That looks great, my first thought was where is the John Deere logo?

I’m working on the deere logo. I need to get out there in the shop this week and cut one out to put on it.

Nice affect with the magazine rack on the side.

Very Cool. Where does he put the TV remote?

Wow, splash gaurd and magazine racks. I could use a super sized version of that for myself. Thank you for sharing Jim.

Heck, just put a big G or a number 4 on it for the most renowned Packer. A commemorative piece for a small sports fan!

I like this little chair that you made for your little man.

Very nice – I’ll bet your son loves it! Should have added a cup holder, too, don’t you think? I mean, if you are going to have a magazine rack and all, seems as though a drink holder would be essential :-))

Well he has started sitting on it. I still haven’t got the deere logo on it but he doesn’t care.
