Just finished this to light a dark set of step next to the house, It has a light sensitive switch to turn it on.

Nice outdoor lamp. I like combination wood and stain glass. What finishing are you used? How it will be to llead in winter?

Thanks guys thats real nice of you . The green is Wood stain and the black is aniline die with two coats of Polyurethane over that. The Came (lead, is wood(ceder)) thats notched like lead. I use a lot of wood panels with stained class and I make my own came from the wood the project is made from > if I can I like oak for this. I will try to get something posted to show you what I mean.

Edward60, I looked at your project page and I like your work. I’m also strongly influence by arts and craft Architecture . When I was young I had a chance to spend time in a Frank Loyd Write House. Its was called the Little house . It left a big impression on me , I slept in it and spent days in it. One of my Girlfriends mother was given it to use for a summer, I spent quite a bit of time there.
