Project Information

I had these thin strips of walnut sitting in the corner of my shop for quite some time. I didn't really know what to do with them but I didnt want to get rid of them. Most of them were pretty average looking but the other day as I was tripping over boards trying to find what I needed I spotted a few that had some interesting crotch grain.

I decided to glue them up and make a plane. I love this thing and I think buffing it to a really high finish brought it all out. Thanks for looking.

Thank you for the comments everyone

Icemanhank, I haven't sold any…yet. I put my other plane, the white oak and Birdseye one in my etsy store the other day. It seemed like a faux pas to post the link to sell it here.
