The is one part of a multi-part bedroom remodel that we did for my son. He was starting to outgrow his old room redesign and he was starting to need a more organized space to live and play in.

This part of his room was for play. I made a slim Lego table with plenty of storage shelves on the bottom. The top of the table has two levels that carefully measured out with Legos so that any structure built on the bottom level can match up to anything built on the second level. To also bring the two levels together better I made two ramps that can be used with Lego base plates.

To keep with the overall theme of room (rustic/treehouse) the outer edges of the table top were roughed up with the angle grinder to look worn or distressed. The entire table was stained dark brown and then the tops were painted Lego green, blue & grey to match any base plates used on the table.

Neat design. I like the painted surfaces, gives him some great options for his imagination to run.

Cool design, it’s decorative as well as functional. Great display and table for son’ s Lego collection. Great work!
