My current phase is to produce wood turned Jewelry. I purchased a Richard Joyner mandrel and starting to get a good measure of success ie they are selling; those featured here are of Jarrah [Eucalyptus marginata]
Jarrah remains one of the world’s most desirable and sought after hardwoods, the tree grows to a majestic 40 metres in height only in the south west corner of Western Australia.

Very nice. I have two of the Chucks/mandrels to make them. I’ve only tried a couple. Have to dig one back out one of these day and see what I can do.

Nice pendants. I also have the mandrel and it is a very nice addition to any wood turners bag of tricks. I had the opportunity to go to his home and get instruction from him of the use of the mandrel. Thanks for sharing.
