My latest project is this pedestal table made from a pattern by Dan Wilckens of Wilckens Woodworking. It’s a beautiful piece that I’ve been working on a little at a time for about 2 months. It’s well worth the effort. It’s about 28” tall with 3/4” oak plywood pieces for the base and the top. I edged them with a walnut banding. The side panels are 1/2” oak plywood with walnut and maple overlays. I’ve installed lights, but it actually looks better with the lights off so I doubt that I’ll use them much. Thanks for looking!

Holy crap. That’s a hell of a piece. Well done.

That is a beautiful piece. I could say that you “need to get a job” but then others would say that about me, so I wont say it. You must have amazing patience. I love it.
Thanks for showing.
Bob.

That table is flat out, over the top, awesome! What an incredible piece! I would have been afraid it would be too busy and probably stopped. You have a brilliant artists vision and your craftsmanship is immaculate! Way to go!

Very nice! I can’t imagine how patient you must be to cut the same pattern 12 times…
