Hiya, first time posting here along with one of the first serious woods project I’ve done.

I volunteer at a daycare service for k-2 graders and they have shown a fascination with the game we all have played at one point in time, TicTacToe. Now I have a pile of woodworking stuff in my garage outside from my dad and thought, why not use them?

The board is made out of oak and I made the grooves for the board with a miter saw set high enough to make a mark about an eight inch deep. I made the holes for peg storage and keeping the pegs in place during play with a 3/8 inch drill. The pieces are just the little things you can get online or at a outdoors store for the toy blowpipes, which are very inexpensive.

I hope you all enjoy this if you decide to make it. It’s a great pastime if your on a plane or on long car rides!

I’ll keep you all posted on what I make!!! Have a great day!

Great and fun build. Like the peg storage. A handy board game to bring while travelling. Thanks for sharing.
