After I posted this Italian Bird Condo, I kept studying on it, and was not happy with it at all. The client had seen pics and really liked it alot. So knowing I was not gonna slept with it like it was, I headed back out to the shop. Added bird perches, and also a ridge cap and now each condo has the colors of the Italian flag, and I think it looks much better and I think the customer will like it. I know everybody here likes it much better. Anyhow, its still plain, but colorful and as long as the customer is happy, that’s what matters

Good idea. Give them more than they were expecting.

Great build Hoss! The perches and ridge caps give it that little extra touch but you know its not finished until the birds move in! Lol!!! Keep up the great work!

That’s pretty cool. A little Italian villa. Nice work and neat coloring.

Nice project, and you are absolutly right to build what they want, instead of what you want. Diffrent strokes for different folks!

Nice looking birdhouse! colors are great. You only need to add very noisy birds to it, if it’s an Italian condo, it has to be loud :-)

Wonderful bird condo! Great upgrade and attractive colors. I’m sure the tenants will be moving in no time.
