Hi, another drawer box with mechanism. Practice make better, and if images are not efficient, I can tell you that in this box I succeed in making the drawer closing with a click. Nothing special, just a personal challenge.

The mechanism is detailed in the blog

woods are cancharana (red), guayubira (brown), cumarú (pink) and lenga (sides)

Very nice box, slick release. The blog gives a great description of the latch, I need to try this. Thanks for showing.

Another beautiful box! Have you seen the puzzle boxes here? I thought of it when I saw your uncle’s box and just found the link. There are a lot of free plans and some of them are very difficult to solve.
