This project can actually qualify as a Lathe and a General Shop tool I suppose. Each month the woodturning club that I joined does a Bring Back Raffle. Where someone brings in a project that is raffled off and the next month the winner has to bring in the next month’s raffle. Well last month I won a nice little bowl (see pic 5). As you may have noticed I do not do a lot of bowl turning. So I decided to try a new kit that might be helpful in the shop. This is a Artist Sketch Pencil (Also called a tool box pencil) from WC. I already had the wood on hand I can not for the life of me remember what it is. I added some burned marks to each of them and also 2 rare earth magnets so that if wished it can stay put on the lathe. The pencil in pic 3 will be taken to tonight’s meeting as the bring back.

Thanks for looking.
