Very nice. I see you have both artistic and engineering skills. The coordinated movement of the players have to be planned very well. How large is the whole thing? (h x w x d)

about 30×30x20cm, the characters would be about 15 cm tall if they stood up.

When I sign in to Yahoo it tells me the video is private.

I think it’s Flickr, I used to be able to grab all the info and code and copy and paste it, the video would magically appear.
