Here is one of a pair of corner hutches I made from a Lowes Project plan. The total cost came out to around $300 to make the pair. My plan was to sell one and keep one, but the wife wanted both. Bummer, now where I get the $$ to get that dovetail jig that I wanted?

it’s lovely. I’d want the pair as well.
i guess you’ll just have to make 2 more, charge more, (because you are more experienced at this pattern now) and then get the jig!!

Watch out… if you make two more, your wife might want one in each corner of the room!

Maybe if would be cheaper to just go get that jig!

Very nice!

Do you have a link to the plan? This is exactly the piece I’d like to build next.

I am trying to locate the plan for you. I got it out a Lowes Woodworkers Flyer that they send me occasionally. I just went to their website, but I was unable to locate it. I will check the house when I get home and see if I still have it.

You get the money from your wife. She wanted it, she should pay. Nice project.

Karson, how long have you been divorced? (Just Kidding)

My wife doesn’t know where I keep my money stash. I started many years ago. When I went to the bank to get some cash. I pulled a $20.00 and burried it away. After a while it was real money. I use that to purchase some of the tools that I “NEED” or “want” without seeming to empty the household cash supply.
