Hello everyone!
Whenever I work with small jobs, and especially with poor light, I notice a certain point where I need to rest your eyes for a moment because I’m tired.
For this a while buy a hand lens, but I need both hands to work! So I decided to make a stand for use.
I did it with cedar wood, only adding a couple of screws to attach the arms and wing nuts to make it easier to change positions.
The movement is only in that line and does not allow rotation.
For finishing use tung oil, which I think is the best to highlight the color of our cedar.
Thanks for looking!

Much nicer than the usual metal ones we often use for failing eyesight!

That’s one practical and useful project. I’m sure it will serve you well in the shop. Great job!
