A Co-Worker made a big boo-boo awhile back, at the request of several other co-workers we created this Major Award for him. Today it sits inside my cabinet at work for issue to the next boo-boo maker. By request I have made 5 of these and sold them for various trades and made some cash. (laughing)

I wish I had a picture of the look on the guy’s face when he came into work the next day. I was off but heard all the stories. Management did NOT endorse this award, not that I cared or asked… (Laughing)

(Laughing) Thanks, you have to have a sense of humor at work to get over the demanding environment of today’s workplace.

+1 Biff, LOL… I think my next award will be the Bent Wrench, a lesser award maybe in silver or bronze. Kinda like the Olympics…...

MarkwithaK Yes, caused when an aspiring technician failed to have someone double check his timing marks. When the vehicle was cranked up, OOPS. All 16 valves were bent in a similar fashion. He was suspended, and I got the honor of fixing the mess. Saved the valves for teaching classes as an example of why we double check such important marks. Years later we had a lesser mistake and the shop asked for the award. They make a nice touch ya know. LOL
