When I opened my new shop, wanted a sign for it. So I made a sign board out of some pine I had laying around.

Pic 1: I printed off the letting onto paper. Using Print Shop Pro.

Pic 2: I laid the carbon paper down and traced the lettering.

Pic 3: Shows the lettering transferred onto the wood.

Pic 4: Painted the lettering with black paint.

Sign hangs in my shop. Just glad I was able to do it myself cause sign shops wanted hundreds of dollars for it. I have about $5 in this one.

It’s not easy to find carbon paper anymore. Office Depot has it. Here’s my sign.

Great sign Parsimonia!!! Not sure on the carbon paper. We have a local office supply place in our town and thats where my wife picked it up for me.

Is your sign made of spalted maple? Really like it!!!
