Those look great! Did you use paint or dye for the black?

My wife likes the country primitive decor so I have made quite a few things out of pine because most of the time paint is in the plans.
The black is paint. I would like to try dye next time but not sure if it would be dark enough. The stain is red oak.

Great job. They look really professional. The stain really brought out the grain very nicely
