New WoodShop Window Installed

My WoodShop window used to be the older single pane windows. One of the windows broke and the frame was rotted, so it was time to put a new one in!

I got this window for next to nothing!

For those who don’t know, take your old window out, fame in to close to the size of your new window, make sure it’s level, insert the window, foam spray around the window (not too much as it will expand and bend your window frame), then add your trim.

here’s an image of my woodshop as requested :)

I must say though, we are putting new siding on the house soon, and I’ll be putting a metal roof and new siding.

I’d like to keep the old look if I can… any suggestions on siding and roof types to keep it?
Cedar is out of the question because I won’t do the upkeep and its way to costly!

Have your say...
