Flag Stands

One of my good customers called and said he needed to have 3 flag sands for Thursday when the group from Germany comes to visit. They wanted their flags displayed inside the shop. They had outdoor stakes but these had to sit on the concrete floor. This is what I came up with on short notice.
There are 2×4 ’s for the base…. dadoed to half lap fit. The 4×4 posts are glued and screwed to the center.

They may paint them if time permits.

Cheers, Jim

Jim, very nice pieces! Good simple design. They should be happy with these.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the joy of low cost.

Nice. You could almost use them as a table umbrella stand.

Nice stand that should get the job done—hope you get a chance to paint them and they’ll look great!
