I have a pottery bowl like this and thought it would be a great design to turn. I was happy with how it came out. I gave it to my cousin who turned 50 this year.

Beautiful finish Bevy! When I first saw the picture I thought it was pottery! I like how the earrings are hanging, easy to see and not getting tangled. Makes for a pretty display. Thanks for sharing. What is the finish (almost forgot to ask)?

CFryeI tried for a real shiny finish like on the pens but it didn’t seem to work out very well. Ended up with BLO and Renaissance wax…I hope it holds up…I’ll have to check it out down the road a piece
DiggerjacksI should have measured it when I finished, probably around 4.5” at the lip and 3” high

Pretty earring stand! Like the design, holds a lot of earrings as well as rings. Beautiful wood and finish. Great job!
