I saw quite a few of the original Curve Lid Treasure Box projects. This link is one of them I decided to give it a shot. I didn’t like that I had to use both .75 inch and .5 inch maple so I converted to all .75 inch. After the prototype was done I didn’t like the 1.25 inch depth storage space. Back to the drawing board. I increased the depth by about 2 inches. I added a chip carving to the curved lid. I didn’t add any finish. Here it is just raw maple.

It was fun. Hope you like it.

A very nice box, I love the carving on the lid… Are you going to put some kind of finish on it?

Hey Dave,

I’d like to see at least some Lacquer on it, but my wife likes it as is. She claimed it, her choice :>)
