Made three bowls from a log I brought back from Hawaii. They are out of Nor Poke Pine 10” in dia.

That’s some nice-looking pine. The reddish blobs in the bottom are neat. Any problems with radial splitting?

Those are some nice looking bowls. I really like the grain pattern in the bottoms.

Beautiful bowls! The Norfolk pine really has quite a unique grain and color to it. It’s one of the few conifers that can adapt to the tropical climate of Hawaii.

Very pretty bowls! Like the flower grain patterns on the bottom and the beautiful finish. Great job!

Very nice bowls, how are the holding up since you’ve turned them? Any splitting?
