Was asked to build a bookshelf and decided to try out my dovetail jig for the first time. Other than having to buy a new router for the 1/2” tool I feel it went well. I practiced one cut for each dovetail (through and half blind) then I did the project. The customer likes it and is going to paint it, That is why I used popular in the building of it.

You learned some new joinery….

Satisfied a customer!!!

Sounds like a win-win-win-win!!!

Good going.

Looks great. Always fun to try out new techniques on a project.

Good looking book shelf! Like the great joints and clean lines. I’ll bet there will be more customers.
