That’s a unique piece. Is sycamore that white or did you have to bleach it? And what is “cold pressed”?

This is the natural color of the wood sycamore, oil cold pressed oil is pressed without heating.

Beautiful bowl. I know Sycamore can cause allergic reactions. Does the linseed oil seal it well enough to use for holding food?
