I made this from a pattern from the scroll saw woodworking crafts magazine after seeing a couple of them on this site I used a variety of wood and some food colouring to get the right colours thanks for looking

Thanks for the kind comments I used food dye only on the stratocaster and the red bass guitar the strat went a bit darker than I wanted the size is 18×24 I got the pattern from scrollsaw woodworking and crafts issue 45 holiday 2011 baz you might be able to get a back issue through gmc publications

This is really nice. I would love to make something like this for my daughter. Food dye? I never would have thought of that. Great work.
