Jewellery box made in oak. Hand cut dovetails (the first dovetails i’ve cut in over a year).
Three lined trays, all removable. Brusso stop hinges, and a simple lock and key to keep it closed.
In the top a simplified Tudor rose is inlayed in black walnut.

Extremely nice with an almost simplistic beauty. Your Tudor rose is outstanding.

This is a real nice jewelry box. It looks so clean and nicely done.

Looks very nice, I agree with Hillbilly, from the outside the box is beautiful in its simplicity. The inside trays seem to be where the detail was, which makes the piece functional. Well done CJay.

I like everything about it, very nice, I have some red oak in my inventory nice to see it takes an inlay very well as I’ve been wanting to try out my Milescraft 1207 kit.

Your addition of the hand cut dovetails & the inlayed rose really set this apart.

Thanks for sharing.
