Beautiful though it may be, is there any wood in it?

With or without wood, it is outstanding. I would enjoy seeing any “in process” photos you may wish to share.
Thanks,

By the way, where does one get shaker screen of that size? I googled the phrase and came up empty for anything that even approximates the material you used in the base of your project. While I have zero ability and/or knowledge about working with the material, I have a friend who will probably love what you have done and has the skills to pay you the sincerest form of flattery by imitating the design elements you have used.
Again, lovely work.

Well, I only asked if it had wood because this is Lumberjocks, not Metaljocks, or Furniturejocks. That’s all. Sorry if this is offensive to anyone.

As a sculpture major, I liked to work with a diversity of materials. I moved into furniture because I liked the functionality of furniture. My work is very material driven. The shaker screen is a woven steel mesh, from 1/4” to 4”, used to size rock. I’ll post a better (more offical) name and where I buy it soon. ...and no offence taken.
