After a custom order for an “A&M” ring I was inspired to create one for University of Texas and through local networking had three sold before I ever competed one so I consider myself fortunate to have stumbled across this idea and owe it all to one of my clients. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

So UT colors are burnt orange and white and naturally padauk came to mind but for the white I was going to use only the silver glass but it lacked depth al by itself so I threw some copper glass in for good measure. Copper color synced rather wll next to the padauk so ultimately I was pleased with the results.

Okay LJ’s, A&M or UT? Drum roll please. ;)

Oh yeah…what school is next? LOL

You’ve done well in capturing the UT colors. I’m sure this is going to be a BIG hit with UT alumni. And, yes, you have every right to be well pleased as you deserve it!

Wow!! Another masterpiece. Padauk is one of my favorite woods. A very elegant ring indeed.

blackie – UT fan eh?

Ron – Thanks again for taking a peek.

Dave – Thank you so much. That’s my challenge, to keep pushing the envelope, or inlay in this case. It’s obvious inlays are my favorite but still enjoy the old classic bentwood ring as well. If you only knew half the materials I considered for inlay. ;)

Hillbilly – Appreciate the shout out and yes, two of the rings ordered are going to UT alumni who go to every home game and it will be interesting to see if any of it catches on with other fans.

hoss – TY sir!

JR_Dog – Really appreciate the feedback and means a lot seeing your awesome bangles.

Mark – “Much obliged” as we say in these parts. :)
