Looks nice, but a close up of the tambour doors and maybe a little more information would be nice. Also, glad to see someone else has a cassette player in their stereo system.

Yes please, more pictures and info on the tambour doors. Did you make the tambour or purchase it ready made? Thanks for sharing Phil.

I’ve added a pic that shows a closeup of the tambour doors. I can’t get a better shot. The slats that make up the doors are 1/2” thick x 1 1/2” wide. They are glued to a canvas backing and both ends are rabbeted. You can see the groove that the doors ride in and the integral pull that I cut with a router bit.
I made the doors.

Thanks for the additional photos. Nice job! I understand—heck I just replaced the cartridge on my Denon turntable as I don’t want to give it up.

Good looking and well designed entertainment center, holds a lot of stuff. Like the doors and the dovetails. Great work!
