Revised Mter sled

As I said in my blog I was never really happy with my miter sled. It was big and bulky and heavy. I started re-making it a bit ago but finally finished it today.
As you can see I went with an angled upright handle. This was made from more of the leftover counter top material, cut out with a jigsaw and then I rounded the handle with a 1/2” round over bit in the benchtop router table I’m building. Yes, I’m using contructed tools to construct other tools.
I like this sled SO much more than the previous one. I haven;t had the chance to use it, yet but at least I have it done.
