Office Chair - Junk

Project by Zuki posted 468 days ago 1133 views 0 times favorited 17 comments Add to Favorites Watch

This is my entry into the 2008 LJ Woodworking Awards – One Man’s Junk.

You can read my blog at – http://lumberjocks.com/jocks/Zuki/blog/5123

It started with the junk . . .

A model . . .

And a hunk of poplar . . .

And became my wife’s new office chair.

NOTE – I have opted to not apply a finish at this point in time. Staining or painting may be in the chair’s future.

Now that’s a chair. I’m sure the wife will be quite comfy.

Great looking chair – the replacement looks much nicer than the original.

Excellent!

You put an awful lot of effort into this chair.

You deserve some sort of reward for this.

Good Luck!

You are joking about the paint, right

Really nice job of saving room in a landfill. Good luck!
