UNA VECINA ANUNCIÓ QUE IBA A DESECHAR UNA MÁQUINA CORTADORA DE CESPED:
LE PREGUNTÉ SI EL MOTOR FUNCIONABA Y ME CONTESTÓ QUE SÍ Y SE LO PEDÍ :-)
UN ELECTRICISTA REPARÓ EL MOTOR, LE CAMBIÓ LOS RODAMIENTOS Y MEJORÓ LAS CONEXIONES
Y ME PREGUNTÓ CÓMO IBA A HACER PARA QUE FUNCIONARA DE MANERA HORIZONTAL? YA QUE
EN LA CORTADORA TRABAJA PARADO CON SU EJE HACIA ABAJO :-)
YO LO VOY A USAR EN UNA BANDSAW HOME-MADE ASÍ QUE DISEÑÉ ÉSTE SOPORTE DE MADERA
PORQUE LO ÚNICO QUE TIENE EL MOTOR SON UNOS ORIFICIOS EN UN ARO METÁLICO QUE LO ATORNILLA
A LA MÁQUINA DE CORTAR CESPED QUE POSEE UNA CARCAZA METÁLICA :-)
ESPERO QUE ÉSTA IDEA LES SEA ÚTIL A MIS COLEGAS :-)

EL TRABAJO DE AÑOS DEL MOTOR EN CONTACTO CON LA TIERRA Y EL PASTO HÚMEDOS HABÍAN OXIDADO
EL MOTOR, ASÍ QUE LO LIJÉ PARA QUITARLE EL ÓXIDO Y LO PINTÉ :-)

I have no idea what this is about, and obviously the contributor could care less.

i ansias seening lo que tú haces de ella:

HS google has a great translator for many languages…..it works both ways

A NEIGHBOUR ANNOUNCED THAT WOULD DISCARD A MACHINE LAWN MOWER:
YOU ASKED IF THE ENGINE THAT WORKED AND I ANSWERED YES AND WHAT I ASKED :-)
AN ELECTRICIAN MEND THE MOTOR, YOU CHANGED AND IMPROVED BEARING CONNECTIONS
AND ASKED ME HOW WOULD DO SO WILL WORK FOR HORIZONTAL? AS
STOPPED WORKING ON YOUR CUTTING DOWN SHAFT :-)
YO I WILL USE IN A HOME-MADE BANDSAW SO I DESIGNED THIS WOODEN STAND
BECAUSE ALL I HAVE THE MOTOR IS IN A FEW HOLES THAT METAL RING SCREWS
A MOWING MACHINE THAT HAS A METAL HOUSING :-)
IDEA I HOPE THIS IS USEFUL TO THEM MY COLLEAGUES :-)

Thanks Makarov, but my point is the title is in English and when you open the project the commentary is another language—kinda feel like it’s “bait and switch” because the contributor obviously knows English. Just not up to playing translation games on Google when it’s obviously not necessary.

Hillbilly, Kova uses the translator in his browser, it’s a one click operation. I think he just assumed that everyone did the same. No malicious intent detected here. Relax buddy.

Kova, esta quedando buenísimo, no espero ver la bandsaw casera!

Kova, looking good, cant wait to see the home made bandsaw!

Muy ingenioso amigo Kova. Suerte con la fabricación de la nueva sierra sinfin. Una consulta, ¿con la sierra se va a poder cortar el pasto? lol

Eres un tipo listo Kova. Ansiosos por ver el proyecto terminado.

You are a clever guy Kova. Can’t wait to see the finished project.

Come on John, Kova is a very talented craftsman and obviously has some engineering background. His only problem, if it is a problem, is that he doesn’t speak English. I don’t speak Spanish, but I’m interested enough to take the time to read about his project – Google’s translation app allows me to follow his conversation. Worth the effort in my opinion. Lumberjocks is an International Forum – not just here in the U.S. (the Founder of LJ is not from the U.S.) but he was able to give us this wonderful medium to share our work.

Nice work Kova!
Maybe it was just hard for him to explain in English.

Nice work Kava! That is very clever work you are doing. Can’t wait to see the finished band saw!

All you need is Google tool bar!
I just click the Google tool bar translate and it changes all the words to English. No problem!
