Bocote Wood ring

I turned a Bocote Wood ring today, wow I just love the grain. So what do you all think? A far cry from my Eastern Red Cedar, but this exotic wood is really cool stuff.

Very nice ring! Always nice to make some shop bling. I too am making a few rings, although they’ve all been purpleheart lately (to entice the right customers). What did you use to make it?
