A pair of end tables

We have needed end tables for…well we have never had them and my wife said it is about time we did. I made these from quartersawn white oak, no plans but had a Craftsman style in mind. Mortise and tenon construction, dovetail drawers, turned black walnut drawer knobs and finished with a BLO/mineral spirits/satin poly mix.

Very, very nice. Really nice detail work; especially like the dovetails and your choices of how to show off the ray/flake.

Nice looking tables Tim and You are the Craftsman to design and build them .
Great looking work and love that quarter sawn oak ,pretty rare around here .

I love the spotting in the top. I would love to build something like this as a bedside table. One of these years…
