Had to make a simple jewellery box for a friend’s 21st birthday quickly.
American Cherry lined with Red Ironbark.
Ironbark handles.
Applied tung oil with a SIA 500grit abrasive pad. WOW ! is that smooth.
Hope she likes it.

Nice little box. Tasteful design, clean execution. I like it. The contrasting lining is a nice detail; a pleasant surprise upon opening the lid. Well done.

What a beautiful box….the contrast of colours between the Cherry and Red Ironbark is beautiful.. awesome job.
