I picked up a pewter top at Hallmark for $3 (clearance) that is suppose to be a candle topper of some kind. I thought it would make a good potpourri top. So I pulled out an old piece of walnut and had at it. This is the result. A birthday present for my beautiful wife.

Really neat turning. Great idea on the potpourri top insert.

Obviously, that is one of a kind. Nice turning! I like the details, very well thought out and executed. Very elegant.
