This is a custom style of the baseball beds that I build. The customer chose to use ash wood to match the bats and then do a custom color scheme. What I like about painting over ash is that the grain comes through. Since ask is an open grain like oak, it give it a texture and a real nice effect.

I use ash on these beds but normally when I do that I CNC all the headboard information into the panel. This one, however is the vinyl letters like our standard version.

The customer did add a trundle to this bed. The trundle is designed to look like drawers when closed.

OK, that is COOL AS HECK!!!! I’m sure any kid wouldn’t mind bedtime with that… that is really original. Very good job. I really like the “special edition” bed… looks like they have room for a sleepover, but you kept the storage. Very cool….
